Americas Full Service Summit
Client: Hilton Worldwide
Brief: Hilton Worldwide wanted to highlight and unite four distinct brands under one united Hilton summit. With the launch of their new brand, Curio and the growth of Hilton Hotels, Double Tree and Embassy Suites, they saw the conference as an opportunity to design an immersive experience to energize and inspire the attendees. Working with a preexisting summit look, our task was to maximize the branding opportunities throughout the space and tie in the creative to the event objectives of brand advocacy and innovation.
Scope of the summit included three days of united general sessions, brand-specific sessions, breakout trainings and lunches with a featured vendor trade-show and closing night award-winner gala.
A custom mobile event application provided personalized schedules to each attendee based on their individual interests and needs.
Differentiated the summit to that of previous years by highlighting the individual characteristics and offerings of each hotel through curated content and brand-specific town halls and breakout sessions.
Encouraged guest exploration with a customized QR scanning game that drove interaction between attendees, vendors, sponsors and partners throughout the event.
