Hey there – I'm Casey.
I design the live experiences brands put their biggest moments inside. Executive keynotes, product launches, conferences, activations. The work has to make the brand legible the second you walk in, and stay with people after they leave. Currently Creative Director at Agency EA in Chicago, leading experiential work for Intuit, Zoom, Samsung, HubSpot, Autodesk, Salesforce, and others. 10+ years building keynotes, product launches, brand worlds, and the teams that make them real.
I came up in graphic design and grew into experiential the way most people do, by realizing the most powerful brand moments don't live on a screen- they happen in space. I spent most of my career at Agency EA growing from designer to Creative Director, with a two-year detour in-house at Loyola University during the pandemic where I learned what it means to steward a brand from the inside.
The mix of agency drive plus in-house ownership shapes how I work. I build concept-first, design systems that flex across venues and markets, and partner closely with production so what gets pitched is what gets built. I care about craft, but I care more about whether the story is remembered.
HOW I LEAD
Concept before deliverable. Every project starts with a thesis. On Zoomtopia it was Force Multiplier. On Samsung, Portals. Once the thesis is set, every downstream decision gets tested against it: does it serve the concept?
Build toolkits. The work has to flex across venues, audiences, formats, and years. I design systems that can carry a brand through all of that without falling apart.
Production is part of the design. Creative that ignores fabrication and broadcast dies in execution. I bring production in at kickoff, so what gets pitched is what gets built.
People are the long game. I've grown a graphics team through 7 internal promotions and 70% retention over five years. The team I build is the work.
The room and the stream. Hybrid changed what experiential is. I design for the person in seat 47 and the 100,000 watching on YouTube.
